We Tried Tabata Ramen for the first time tonight. Everything was so tasty and delicious. The service was efficient and Yuki gave us great recommendations. Some of our favorites included the gyoza made in house fresh, the organic ginger salad, and the Sutamina Spicy Miso Ramen. We will be back!!

The Dishes:

As I perused the menu, my eye caught the Sukiyaki, a beautifully crafted dish featuring thinly sliced beef intermingled with yam noodles, napa cabbage, and a rich dashi soup. Each bite was a delightful journey through textures and flavors, perfectly balanced and brimming with umami. If you're after comfort food, the Nabe Yaki Udon is a must-try. The combination of warm udon noodles, chicken, and shrimp tempura topped with a poached egg created a symphony of flavor that felt both indulgent and nurturing.
